Made an appointment of emergency problem today and was seen today. Amwell Practice very good on emergency appointment.

Called the GP after emergency hours in the morning around 09.30 am and explained to the receptionist my health condition ans she booked an emergency appointment with the doctor for me immediately. i saw the doctor and she was completely professional and attentive. I would recommend this GP surgery to anyone I know.

I like and respect the staff and once an appointment is made, they stick to it. But it has become much harder to secure appointment . And the prescription renewal system has clearly deteriorated.
